  • 2005 added DME claims to our services
  • 2006 added Outpatient and ASC claim types to payment policy management
  • 2008 acquired Ecom PPO Advisors for additional capability in extending network discounts
  • 2008 acquired Premier Health Services to launch iHT’s DRG review business
  • 2009 entered the government space as RAC subcontractor
  • 2011 acquired iSpace Global to broaden service delivery platform to further enhance value for clients
  • 2012 acquired Care Management International, a leading clinical knowledge process organization
